Returns Policy


  • You can return an item for a refund within 14 days from date of purchase or exchange your product in store.
  • The item must be in original unworn condition with tags intact to be returned.
  • Any item found to be otherwise will not be refunded or accepted and will be returned to you.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days to process your refund from the date we receive the item.
  • We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage with a tracking number as items lost on return will not be iizzy's responsibility and will not be processed.
  • Refunds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account once processed, (Please note your postage fee for return or dispatch is not refunded).


  • Any items received faulty must be reported to iizzy within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please contact within 14 days of delivery if you think your item is faulty, ideally emailing us with the image of the fault. iizzy will assess your images against our pre postage photographic images and if the garment is faulty we will provide you with a free returns label to send the goods back for your refund.
  • Any faults which develop after the 14 days have a maximum of 30 days from the purchase date to be refunded.
  • Items over 30 days from purchase date will be covered under Consumer Regulations 2015 and will be entitled to a partial refund or a repair, to be assessed by iizzy.


  • Return details will be at the top of your invoice
  • We do not offer free returns however you can exchange your product in store.
  • We STRONGLY advise you to obtain a signed for return tracking number from the post office as returns lost in the post will not be the responsibility of iizzy.
  • If you have misplaced your invoice, please ensure to include a note within your parcel clearly stating your contact details and full name.

  • We ask that you take great care when trying on garments. We cannot accept returns on items with marks from make up, fake tans or creams or any other visible marks.
  • All items are checked through our quality control and pictures are taken of your garment before we dispatch to you and we expect your item to be returned in the same condition.
  • All postage costs are non-refundable and we do not offer pre-paid returns.
  • We strongly recommend that you return parcels back to us using a recorded trackable delivery service. Any items with no tracking number which does not reach us, is not the responsibility of iizzy.
  • We can only offer a refund on returns.
